How can I run the report to show me the orders since the beginning of the store?

To export your report with orders since the beginning, click the "Schedule|Run" button:

Once you click the "Schedule|Run" button, the app will navigate to the schedule setup page:

Now, scroll down until you see the "Advanced option":

Click the "Advanced option"  and expand it to see the "Apply start date and end date to parent item?" option.

By Default, this option will have "Yes" selected. You have to select "No" to export all the orders from your store:

Once you have selected "No" for "Apply start date and end date to parent item?", click the "Run/Save Schedule" button to export the report.

The report will run and pull all the orders from the day your store started, till date.
