Using Pivot table in Google Sheets to summarize Data Export reports.

The pivot table is a very useful tool to summarize your report data.

However, the pivot table has to be created manually in Google Sheets.

To create a pivot in your Google Sheet:

1) Create an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly Google Sheet schedule with append option. Click here to know how to                  create a Google Sheet schedule.

2) Once the report is exported to your Google Sheet, open the sheet and select all the cells which has data from the main        page:

3) After selecting all the cells, click the “Data” option. From the drop down list, select “Pivot Table”:

4) Once you click the “Pivot Table” option, Google Sheet will create the table in a separate tab:

Here you can create a summary of the report data by placing the fields in rows and columns.

Alternatively, you can contact Data Export’s support team and provide a shareable link of the Google Sheet.

They will create the pivot table as per the requirement.
