What is the maximum cell limit for a Google Sheets’ sheet?

Excel can accommodate large data sets. But Google Sheets has a limitation of 2,000,000 cells.

For example, if your data set has 10 columns, then it can store 200,000 rows of data.

However, Google recently announced that they are increasing the limit to 5,000,000 in a couple of months.
